Growing in the Sierra hat, brown checkerboard

Our passion for diverse and beautiful high desert ecosystems inspired these fabulous lifestyle and adventure hats with our Earth & Seeds tagline, “Growing in the Sierra.”
Hats are 100% cotton and available in kids and adult sizes for twinning.

ONE SIZE: One size fits most (fabric strap with metal adjustable closure)

CHILD SIZE: 54cm (fabric strap with metal adjustable closure)

All flowers pictured are native plants, home to our Reno Tahoe high desert environment, in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Each of these flower varieties make fabulous cut flowers and additions to your home landscapes. Choosing native plants adds crucial ecosystem support to pollinator habitat, provides low maintenance and water-wise options for your landscapes, helps develop a healthy soil sponge, and so much more.

A portion of each "Growing in the Sierra" hat sold is donated in cash to our non-profit community partner, Urban Roots. Urban Roots’ work with children and families throughout our community is integral for teaching the fun and power that farming and growing hold for the future.

Urban Roots is mission driven to change the way children eat and learn by growing healthy minds, bodies, and communities. Urban Roots is founded on the idea that food is a powerful tool for academic and nutrition education when it is fully integrated into the classroom and accessible to the community. Serving primarily northern Nevada, Urban Roots has a history of bringing agricultural-based education to our community, our children, and the educators who teach them.

Artwork is custom designed for us with Kelley of Brain Flower Designs and sown in the USA onto these 100% cotton hats we adore by WELD.
